Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Retired employees of public sector banks (including BOB) with experience in rural banking OR
Candidates with a minimum qualification of Graduation (in any discipline). Preference will be given to candidates with an IT/Computer background.

Age Limit:

For retired bank employees: Up to 65 years.
For other candidates: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years.

Experience:

Preference for candidates with experience in banking, financial services, or microfinance.

Skills:

Proficiency in local language(s).
Knowledge of computers and mobile banking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the activities of Business Correspondents (BCs) in their assigned area.
Conduct field visits to ensure smooth operations and resolve customer grievances.
Coordinate with bank branches for effective delivery of financial services.
Ensure compliance with guidelines related to financial inclusion and BC operations.
Submit periodic reports to the bank regarding BC performance and outreach activities.

Contract Tenure

The initial contract period will be 12 months, extendable based on performance and bank requirements.

Remuneration

Fixed pay: ₹15,000/- per month.
Variable pay: ₹10,000/- based on performance and target achievement.
