Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

Retired bank officers (preferably from Scale II and above) who have worked in rural branch offices of nationalized banks are eligible.
Candidates should possess good communication and teaching skills.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit at the time of appointment: 64 years
The maximum age for continuation of contract: 65 years

Contract Tenure

The appointment will be made on a contract basis for a period of one year, which can be extended depending on performance and subject to a maximum age of 65 years.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct financial literacy sessions for different target groups
Provide counseling services regarding financial planning, savings, credit, insurance, etc.
Assist villagers in availing bank services
Coordinate with rural bank branches and promote financial inclusion

Selection Process

Selection will be based on personal interview and performance assessment.
