Educational Qualification:

Preference for candidates having experience as Business Correspondents or in branch operations

Maximum Age: 45 years

Salary and Other Benefits:

A fixed monthly remuneration along with incentives based on performance, as per bank policies
Travel and other allowances may be applicable for field visits

Job Role:

Supervise and coordinate with Business Correspondents (BCs)
Ensure timely submission of reports
Conduct field visits, verify BC activities, and resolve grievances
Organize camps and financial literacy initiatives
