Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Eligibility varies by post:

• Gynecologist: MD/MS in the relevant specialty / DNB with minimum experience.

• Medical Officer: MBBS degree with required experience after internship.

• Dental Officer: MDS/BDS with registration under Dental Council and experience as applicable.

• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or equivalent.

• Dental Assistant / Hygienist / Technician: Diploma in Dental Hygiene or equivalent.

• Lab Technician: B.Sc Medical Lab Technology or 10+2 with DMLT.

• Pharmacist: B. Pharma or 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy.

• Physiotherapist: Diploma or relevant qualification with experience.

• DEO / Clerk: Graduate or equivalent with clerical experience.

• Driver: Class 8th pass with valid driving licence and driving experience.

• Female Attendant, Safaiwala, Peon, Chowkidar: Literate or 8th class pass with experience as required.

Age Limit

Age limits vary by post and are determined as on 01 April 2026. Maximum age restrictions depend on category and designation, generally ranging from mid-50s to 70 years depending on the role. Reservation and relaxed age criteria apply for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates as per government norms.

Salary / Remuneration

Salary varies by position and is fixed on a monthly contract basis. For civilian candidates, approximate salary ranges are:

• Gynecologist: ₹1,30,000 per month

• Medical Officer / Dental Officer: ₹95,000 per month

• Para-Medical Staff (Nursing, Lab Tech, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist): ₹36,500 per month

• DEO / Clerk: ₹29,200 per month

• Driver: ₹25,600 per month

• Female Attendant / Safaiwala / Peon / Chowkidar: ₹21,800 per month

For Ex-Servicemen candidates, remuneration is determined by pension and pay drawn at the time of retirement or a fixed amount, whichever is higher. Travel allowance as per entitlement at retirement may also be admissible.
