Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Candidates awaiting final year results may also apply, provided they submit proof of graduation at the time of joining.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Willingness to work in field operations and travel to rural and semi-urban areas.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per NABFINS rules.

Training Period

The apprenticeship training period will be 12 months, as per the guidelines of the Apprenticeship Act.
On successful completion of the training, candidates may be considered for regular employment based on performance and organizational requirements.

Stipend / Salary

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 18,000 (depending on the posting location and company policy).
No other allowances will be provided during the training period.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:
1. Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on educational qualifications and suitability.
2. Personal Interview or Written Test (if required).
Final selection will be based on merit and performance in the interview.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting in branch operations and customer service.
Supporting loan documentation, verification, and recovery processes.
Field visits for client verification and data collection.
Assisting in financial inclusion and microfinance activities.
