Pharmacist: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Candidate must be registered with the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
Ayush Medical Officer: BAMS or BHMS degree from a recognized university with valid registration.
Female Health Worker (FHW): ANM/FHW Course from a recognized institution and registration with Gujarat Nursing Council.
Note: Candidates with relevant work experience will be given preference.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
