Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
- The candidate should be a graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university or institution.
- Candidates with MBA/PGDM qualifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- Applicants should possess at least 5 years of cumulative experience during the last 10 years in marketing, commercial operations, business development, or project management in a large industrial or manufacturing organization.
- Experience in the steel or metal sector will be an added advantage.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 45 years
- Maximum age and relaxation as per Government of India and Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) guidelines.

Tenure:

The appointment will be for a period of five years from the date of joining or until the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale:

Pay Scale: Rs. 1,80,000 – Rs. 3,40,000 (IDA pattern)
Other allowances and benefits will be as per company policy.

Selection Process:

The selection will be made through an interview conducted by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB).
