Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  • The candidate should be a graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university or institution.

  • Candidates with MBA/PGDM qualifications will be preferred.

• Experience:

  • Applicants should possess at least 5 years of cumulative experience during the last 10 years in marketing, commercial operations, business development, or project management in a large industrial or manufacturing organization.

  • Experience in the steel or metal sector will be an added advantage.

• Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 45 years

  • Maximum age and relaxation as per Government of India and Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) guidelines.

Tenure:

• The appointment will be for a period of five years from the date of joining or until the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale:

• Pay Scale: Rs. 1,80,000 – Rs. 3,40,000 (IDA pattern)

• Other allowances and benefits will be as per company policy.

• The selection will be made through an interview conducted by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB).
