Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Deputy General Manager (DGM): Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Law, Finance, HR, etc.) with substantial post-qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (DM): Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent from a recognized university. Additional qualifications such as MBA, CA, CS, or LLB may be required depending on the department.

Experience:

DGM: Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
DM: Minimum 1-2 years of experience may be preferred, though freshers with excellent academic records may also be eligible for some positions.

Age Limit

Deputy General Manager: Maximum age limit is generally 45 years.
Deputy Manager: Maximum age limit is generally 27–30 years.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government norms.
