Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine from any recognized university by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Practitioner in a hospital, clinic, or as a Medical Officer in any reputed institution.

• Age Limit:

  • Upper age limit should not exceed 70 years as on the date of application.

Job Nature and Tenure

• The appointment will be purely on a contractual basis.

• The contract period will initially be three years, renewable on satisfactory performance and mutual consent.

• The selected candidate will be required to attend NABARD dispensary during prescribed working hours.

Remuneration

• Monthly remuneration: Rs. 1,000 per hour (subject to change as per official norms).

• Additional conveyance allowance may be provided as per NABARD rules.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing medical consultation to NABARD staff and their families.

• Attending to medical emergencies at the office premises.

• Prescribing necessary treatments and maintaining medical records.

• Coordinating with hospitals and specialists for referrals when required.

• Final selection will be based on educational qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
