Job Titles:

Medical Coordinator
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Organization: Tata Memorial Centre (TMC)
Location: Various TMC centers across India
Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility Criteria

1. Medical Coordinator

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with medical and non-medical staff.

2. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, office tasks, and assisting medical staff.

Age Limit:

Medical Coordinator: Up to 40 years
MTS: Up to 35 years
Age relaxation as per government norms.

Salary Structure

Medical Coordinator: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Selection Process
