Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Master's degree in Public Health, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Candidates with a degree in Health Administration or Project Management will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in healthcare or public health domains.
Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver results within deadlines.

Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and policy implementation is an advantage.

Age Limit:

Maximum age: 40 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government norms).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage program activities, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and funding agencies.
Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for review.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹90,000 (as per experience and qualifications).
Other benefits as per TMC norms.
