Vacancy Details:

Bank of Baroda has invited applications for the recruitment of Assistant Vice President (AVP) and Manager positions in the Capital Markets Department. The recruitment aims to strengthen the bank’s investment and capital market operations by hiring experienced professionals.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or any equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution.
Preference will be given to candidates with postgraduate qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CFA, or CA.

Experience Required:

AVP (Capital Markets): Minimum 7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or related financial services.
Manager (Capital Markets): Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Markets, Treasury, or Financial Product Sales.

Age Limit:

Assistant Vice President: 28 to 40 Years
Manager: 25 to 37 Years
(Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules)

Selection Process:

Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience
Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion
Final Selection based on merit and suitability

Pay Scale:

Compensation will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the post, in line with the Bank’s policies.
