Eligibility Criteria

1. Medical Coordinator

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with medical and non-medical staff.

2. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills Required:
  • Basic knowledge of housekeeping, office tasks, and assisting medical staff.

Age Limit:

• Medical Coordinator: Up to 40 years
• MTS: Up to 35 years
  Age relaxation as per government norms.

Salary Structure

• Medical Coordinator: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
  Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
