Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree in Public Health, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in healthcare or public health domains.
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver results within deadlines.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and policy implementation is an advantage.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age: 40 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government norms).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage program activities, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and funding agencies.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for review.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹90,000 (as per experience and qualifications).
